At Two Birds Church, we value the personal growth and spiritual development of our Facilitators. We offer a 1:1 trade system where, for each ceremonial weekend served, Facilitators receive one weekend to participate as a non-helper. This balanced approach allows them to regularly experience ceremonies from a participant’s perspective, deepening their understanding, enhancing empathy, and preventing burnout. It ensures our Facilitators maintain a strong personal connection to the sacred nature of our work, while continuously improving their ability to support others.
We encourage our Facilitators to engage in continuous learning and personal growth, including:
- Participating in integration circles and community events
- Attending workshops on related spiritual practices and healing modalities
- Developing their own spiritual practices to deepen their understanding
At Two Birds Church, our Facilitators are more than just helpers – they are essential guardians of the ceremonial space, creating an environment of safety, support, and sacred intention. Their dedication and compassion play a vital role in the transformative experiences of our community members.
