Sending good intentions towards the ones who are attending the ceremony this weekend. One person in particular is attending their first and I cannot wait for Sunday service to speak to them about it. 🖤

Hello all. I am curious to what your ayahuasca experiences have been like at this church? Are they like what I hear on the different podcasts I have listened to, where it’s been profound and so intense that one doesn’t need to drink the Tea again for a good while.

I ask because I have dranken the Tea 7x at a different church here in Texas. They drink the tea 2x a month as well. It’s a 4 hour ceremony. The Tea has been very healing. Mother Aya each time has spoken to me on different things I need to work on. It feels as though the Tea has been detoxing my body of all that has been said or done to me negatively. It has made me feel quite nauseous every time but not enough to throw up with out the aide of my finger.

I guess I am looking to experience the Tea more profoundly. The church I go to now it’s private, invite only and donation based. It’s affordable for me. I know at 2Bird’s it’s about $660.00. So it would take some time to save up.

So I am wondering how profound have your experiences been here?

Hello, my friends! I miss you and recall my time at Two Birds fondly.

Through life's usual stressors, be it the monotony of the 8-5 grind, relationships, traffic, etc., it's sometimes difficult not to feel overwhelmed. There are a couple things I'd like to share that continue to help me personally to tap back into that place of peace and empowerment that Mother Aya has lovingly shown us.

In addition to cold showers and barefoot grounding, breathwork in particular has been a powerful tool to recharge the nervous system and to quiet overthinking. The link below is one of my very favorites and ends with a lovely meditation period. At times, it has felt like this exercise is a return to ceremony. This channel also has shorter sessions if you don't have time for a full 40-minute journey.

And just for fun, here are a few favorite medicine songs.

Much love to all of you, including facilitators and members I met last year as well as those I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting. Here's to traveling back at some point this year. Cheers!

Reflecting on my sapo experience. Definitely a physical and mental vibe shift 2 days out. My mind has an off switch now that I am in control of. It also brought to light some truths I’d been avoiding personally. Grateful for the warrior medicine and its impact on me.

Very nice quick read with some great tips!

Some points I found significant recently, in no particular order:

• Someone's reddit post: "I meditated 1+ hours daily for years but made no progress. I overcame this plateau only when I made a peaceful effort to remain still."

• Something I wrote down: "Be at peace, even with the constant struggle to be at peace." I think this describes the practice well.

• Meditation should enhance life and not be an escape from the negative experiences of life.

Happy meditating :)

Hello lovely people. My name is Max, I'm from England and I'm planning a journey with with Two Birds in the near future.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for places to visit and/or stay before or after ceremony? I'll be flying into and returning from Austin and hoping to have 5 days either side of the weekend.

Thank you all! Sorry if this isn't a valid post
