Very nice quick read with some great tips!
https://www.snsociety.org/the-seven-stages-of-meditation/
Some points I found significant recently, in no particular order:
• Someone's reddit post: "I meditated 1+ hours daily for years but made no progress. I overcame this plateau only when I made a peaceful effort to remain still."
• Something I wrote down: "Be at peace, even with the constant struggle to be at peace." I think this describes the practice well.
• Meditation should enhance life and not be an escape from the negative experiences of life.
Happy meditating :)
I like the opening quote a lot “During meditation you become someone who has no history. If we abandon all that history, we are equal and free”
also lmao @ be at peace, even in the constant struggle to be at peace” that’s hilarious
This was all very inspiring and well written thank you for sharing!
@undefined Thank you so much I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
