If you’re a math and science nerd like me and love the mystical nature of reality. And if you love rainbows. This is for you. 😌

Last Sunday, in an admittedly emotional state and in the mood to receive love, I decided to buy in. I was not going to think, just do. Pentecostal church… and two birds echoed the same message. The message I went into the day with. “Action is just as important as thought and voice”.

I took the advice that many men, who I have great admiration for, expressed throughout the day. Distilled it, tried, failed, tried many more times and found a sweet spot.

I have not stopped working since Monday morning, sleeping 4-6 hours, but I am not tired. I have not stopped meditating since Wednesday. Every single thing has become a meditation. On Monday and Tuesday it was “what more can I do?”…. Since Wednesday, it’s “how well can I do THIS” no matter how trivial the task. Treat it with the respect I know I have within me.

My mind has calmed, my body has loosened. I think I’m going to keep doing things with patience and respect from wake to sleep until life forces me into something else. Also my house, car and classroom are fucking spotless I’ve been cleaning in my downtime lol. 🌖🪄

As you go with Flow you embrace the obstacles in front of you by reframing it and asking yourself “how is this the best thing for me? How is this obstacle or delay for my highest good? What am I learning from this?” Because just like water, water will just go with the flow and when it gets met with a rock it doesn’t ask “why is this here? This shouldn’t be here!” Water isn’t in the energy of judgement. It will just embrace the rock and go around it and it will treat the obstacles as apart of its path.

We are the awareness of the spirit in flesh. We are each a different perspective of the exact same thing. The conscious thoughts of consciousness creating as we live, love and become more by being less. There's only this and there's only now. Be content being you, just don't take you too seriously. Releasing the chains of my "self" has been the most amazing blessing I could have ever extracted from this gift of life we live. I pray you peace on your journey of innerstanding the energies within. 🙏🤗

Just wanted to let everyone know that if all goes well I'll be visiting next month. I'm going to try to make it to service on November 9th. I've been living in Washington state since February. I look forward to reconnecting with everyone.

This is one of my favorite spiritual songs, from an old Texas folk/psychedelic country singer with a very unusual voice. He spent time in an ashram in the 70s studying with a guru and brought his teachings into this song. I love the lap steel.

“Listen to your singing, love will be your voice. The gift that you are bringing, is all for all your choice.”

Hi there, is there any way i could have treatment of ayahuasca without it being friday and Saturday ?

September brought us deep Sundays, powerful ceremony, and our despacho Equinox service—a beautiful afternoon of harvest reflections, heartfelt shares, and a living mandala returned to the earth. Thank you to everyone who showed up with honesty, reverence, and full hearts. And of course, thank you for our biggest potluck of the season—y’all showed up with love and food!

As we move into October, the season shifts—and so does our schedule:
🍽️ Our Community Potluck will happen one week earlier than usual on Sunday, October 19th to accommodate our Ceremony Weekend at the end of the month.

🌌 Sound Journey is on pause this month due to the ceremony calendar, but will return next month with updated timing to better support evening travel and accessibility.

🌿 We’re back to TWO Sacred Ceremonies this month! You can join the waitlist or RSVP for future dates anytime: 👉 View the Calendar

✨ If you missed our Autumn Equinox Sunday, we explored the balance of light and dark, the wisdom of the season, and created a collective offering with corn, lavender, cinnamon, beans, flowers, and sunflower seeds. Each ingredient carried a personal prayer—of harvest, of letting go, or of intention for the darker season ahead. Thank you to everyone who added your presence and spirit to the circle.

📚 Book Club Update:
We just wrapped up The War of Art and are now voting on our next book!
Submit your pick or vote for your favorite here: 👉 Book Club Chat
Voting closes Monday, October 13th—jump in while you can!

🍜 Dinner Out this month will be back at Zenna in Plano—always a fun, casual evening to drop in and connect with your fellow birds.

🕯️ As the veil thins and Samhain 🎃 approaches, we honor this sacred season of reflection, remembrance, and magic. May this month offer space for both connection and mystery—an invitation to walk between the worlds and listen closely.

We’re grateful for each of you and excited to step into this next season with clarity, connection, and ceremony.

See you in the circle.
