Just completed my 2nd ceremony with Two Birds and I can't express my thanks enough to Jay and Christina. 🙏 My path has been permanently altered for the better and I have friends, love and a home inside the community they have created. I am blessed to have found you and I look forward to many years of growth and love. What a wonderful gift ayahuasca is, and I feel Two Birds holds space with ancient teachings, songs and intentions perfectly. My light is brighter and my heartbeat stronger as I reminisce the songs of healing etched in my mind. Blessings to all and thanks to Loria, Johnathon, Matt and Andrew for sharing that with me.❤️‍🔥🙏😁

What if your purpose isn’t something to chase, but something to remember? In this gentle yet powerful meditation, you're invited to return to the simplicity of your breath, the wisdom of your body, and the quiet knowing of your heart.

Led by Christina and Jay of Two Birds Church, this practice offers a sacred space to release the striving, the pressure, and the dis-ease of “not enough.” Through breath, presence, and loving guidance, you’ll be reminded that your purpose isn’t out there—it’s right here, in this moment, in your being.

This is not a meditation of doing, but of being. There is no outcome to achieve, only the grace of arriving as you are.

Originally shared during a Two Birds Church Sunday Service, this meditation is an invitation to soften, to listen inward, and to come home to the truth that you are the purpose.

✨🕊️💛

Have been reading Buddhism (dharma) and western psychology. It blows my mind how much they align 🤯

I miss everyone, can't wait to be back! ❤️

Usually I am connecting with others shares. A minute ago I experienced a connection with someone’s share today and I couldn’t remember whose it was. It was my own. It was very powerful to me to have confused my own vulnerability with what I perceive in others as strength and inner power. I love the Sunday circle. ⭕️ 🖤

✨ This weekend, we open our circle once again for Ceremony — a sacred space of deep listening, heartfelt connection, and personal truth.

We’re honored to welcome new members into this shared path, we come together not to be fixed or guided, but to remember — through the wisdom of Ayahuasca, and through the mirror of each other.

To our community: thank you for showing up — for yourselves, for each other, and for the love that continues to ripple out from every ceremony. Your presence is the prayer. 🌿

This is the work. Feeling is healing.
Let’s walk together.

My FIRST Sapo/Kambo ceremony experience was on April 6. Sapo/Kambo was nothing short of transformative. As the Sapo coursed through me, I felt layers of emotional and energetic blockages dissolve, revealing a profound sense of clarity and connection. Time seemed to stand still. My body fought hard, but I maintained a mind over matter mentality. In that vulnerable space, I found healing, release, and a peace that lingered after the ceremony. It was intense yet sacred. Thank you to all the people in ceremony who shared their Sapo wisdom with me and answered my questions before ceremony. Huge Thank you to the amazing Shaman Jay and facilitator Christina who were extremely attentive and looked out for all of us the entire way through before during and after.

For the 1/2 dozen [here] that ever met or knew Alvi, he’ll be put in the ground this time tomorrow at Tooth Acres Cemetary, two dimes strong! Quiet family ordeal, really, just following up
