Thank you for a beautiful April 💛 We had some incredible groups join us in ceremony, and the month was full of deep growth and authentic connection. We shared truth, held space through hard moments, laughed, cried 🐶, and enjoyed some truly amazing food together—especially during our Spring Gratitude Dinner. Out at the church, the wildflowers have started to bloom, and everything feels alive 🌼🌷🌻🌸🌺
Now we’re stepping into May with open arms. This month brings lots of opportunities to connect—every Sunday we gather for cacao and sharing at our weekly Sunday Service, and we’ve got Book Club, Kambo 🐸, our Cacao, Hapé & Sound Journey, and our monthly dinner night out Dimassi’s. These are beautiful ways to relax, reflect, and root deeper into the spirit of community.
While we do have some powerful offerings this month, please note we only have one Sacred Ceremony in June—for the Summer Solstice. If you’re feeling called to sit, be sure to check our calendar and reserve your spot.

Last night, our sanctuary was filled not only with the aroma of lovingly prepared food, but with the soul-deep warmth of community. Our Season of Gratitude Dinner is always a special time—a moment to gather, to nourish one another, and to say with full hearts: thank you.
To everyone who joined us around the table last night—thank you. Your presence brought joy and laughter to every corner of the room. And to those who couldn’t be with us in person, but continue to support, and pour love into this community—we feel you, and we love you deeply.

I had a valuable insight today.
My goal was to meditate to focus my mind for work, but I struggled.
My goal was "to work", so how could I expect to meditate?
I shifted my focus to the present moment, and in that moment, my goal was “to meditate.” Success!
Life often reminds me of the fleeting power of the present moment.
