Good ol' Ram Dass words of wisdom
June was electric ⚡—possibly our most powerful month yet!
From our unforgettable Summer Solstice Ceremony to a packed house of brave hearts, every moment felt aligned and alive. Our community stepped in with courage, and the transformation we witnessed was truly something sacred. We sweated it out under the Texas sun, dove into breathwork and cold plunges with Jamie, shared nourishing meals, and got deep in Book Club. Thank you to everyone who showed up, held space, laughed, cried, and grew with us.
Now, we welcome July—and we’re keeping the momentum going 💫
We’re back to offering two Sacred Ceremonies this month. If you’re feeling the call, check the Calendar to join a waitlist or RSVP for an upcoming date this year.
We’ll also be selecting a new Book Club read this week, so it’s a great time to jump in if you’ve been curious. And as always, you’re invited to be with us for our regular gatherings:
🙏 Sunday Service – A space to integrate, share, and connect through cacao, sound, and spirit.
🌿 Sacred Ceremony – Our core sacrament offering every month!
📚 Book Club – Meeting weekly on Zoom, diving into soul-stirring reads together.
🐸 Kambo – For those called to this deep cleanse and reset.
🌌 Cacao, Hapé & Sound Journey – A mid-month moment to drop in and realign.
🍽️ Community Dinner at Dimassi’s – Come share a meal, and friendship out in Allen.
🥗 Community Potluck – Bring a dish or just bring yourself—this monthly gathering is one of our favorite ways to wind down the month in connection.
If you’ve been to ceremony before, you know the cup is just the beginning. Sunday Service is where we keep growing—through honest reflection, authentic sharing, and spiritual support.
Let’s make July a month of deepening.
See you in the circle.

In the spirit of being candid and continuously faced with the flaws of the human mind. I almost just threw a fit because the pizza (that I did not pay for and wasn’t even if it was the one I wanted) had the wrong toppings. I’ve had fucking frog venom packed into burn holes a month ago, had puke in my eyeballs a week ago. And I’m over here being a fucking pussy about a supreme pizza. I cannot stress this enough, it was all internal I did NOT make a fool of myself lmao. But! I got to a point where it felt like the night was over. The events had taken place already. The whole night was ruined. Then a moment of humiliation presented itself. Feel it now or later. I chose now. And I’m gonna eat that fucking pizza. I left potluck early for family dinner and god damnit I’m gonna eat family dinner.
✨ Sunday Service today from 3–6pm here in Anna! ✨
Join us for an extra special gathering as Jamie leads us in breathwork and an optional ice bath to help reset and renew. 🧘♂️❄️
If you'd like to join the ice bath, be sure to bring a bathing suit and towel!
Stick around after for our End-of-Month Potluck from 6–8pm!
Bring a dish to share if you can—or just come as you are and enjoy some great food and community connection. 🍲💛
See you soon,

Here’s a quote from The Shamans Heart Medicine Cards Deck that I find inspiring!
Your Shaman Heart wants you to know that you are an artist of life. Within you is your fullness waiting to be revealed. Use your intent to create the masterpiece that is your life through every creative act: the meals you cook, the songs you sing, the businesses you build, the poems you write, the pictures you paint. Your life is an altar, and your birthright is knowing that you have an innate connection to the source of creation. Don’t be afraid to dive into what seems impossible and cut away what no longer serves you. Find the gift of your wholeness waiting for you at your center
Namaste Two Birds community and friends. My schedule has kept me away recently and I can feel the space calling back. I miss the love and honesty of the wonderful connection that I found there, and will align my schedule again soon. In the meantime may love and kindness be your mind. 🙏

☀️ Happy Summer Solstice ☀️
Today we honor the longest day of the year—a celebration of light, growth, and life’s fullness. As the sun stands still in the sky, may we each pause to reflect on what is blooming within us 🌿
Tonight, we enter into sacred ceremony. Our hearts are with all those stepping into this space of deep healing and remembrance. May your journey be guided by truth, courage, and love.
Sending light to all who are walking their path today—whether in stillness or in ceremony. ✨🕊️

Leaning into the times I felt like a failure and giving those feelings of being a failure some acknowledgment is gratifying. I am not stupid and I was failing in life. I was right in the moment. Although I could easily make a day now look exactly like a day during failure on the outside, I could not possibly feel like a failure in this moment on the inside. Either something, nothing or everything feels different in moments. But in the aggregate… that truth of failure no longer consumes my existence. The battle continues.
