Community Space

To all those who held space for me today and allowed me to find my voice with you, thank you. Thank you especially to Christina who literally held my hand through it. I once again felt like a bug coming out of its cocoon at the feet of God. Exactly like my humiliation ritual in ceremony. What a shame it would be to have divine lessons presented to me and not act upon them. One less snake I have to wrestle. 🎼🐍

I did not NOT PARTICIPATE in the Wim Hof method teaching. My first day teaching I (mega failed embarrassingl lol) put every student through the Wim Hof method and let me tell you they did NOT buy in like you all. I have been doing his program for 8 years. Been ice bathing for almost 15 years.(If you surrender to the cold first, the Wim hof method presents itself to you, namelessly) During the two birds class I was learning. Watching each and every one of YOU breathe and get into the ice gave me more than a single breath work session or ice bath could ever. Watching you all dive DEEP like I once did, it fuels me beyond the Sunday circles. Credit to our instructor. I can see the intention in her soul. I had that same intention. Only difference was you all. The buy in. A’ho! (Ps shoutout to Mary. Beyond impressed)

In just over a month, a new school year will start for me. Math is my first love, I still get to teach her. But two new classes have been entrusted with me, and this is where I ask for help. I am teaching science and theatre as well.

First, I need my room to look pretty, if you have any old art (school appropriate lol) with themes of science, theatre or even math you’d be willing to part with. Your art will be shown to a level of student that would otherwise never see art and expression until they grow up and leave their tiny town.

Last, if you have ANY good or bad science or theatre stories from your days as a student. For those two classes I am an empty vessel now. What stuff did you do that you still remember? Why did your teacher stand out?

I am not fully in school mode yet but I would like to plant the seeds of this school year now. 🖤 thanks
