July was a good one. The ice bath weekend was the standout — cold water, warm people, a lot of laughing and a lot of realizing what you're actually capable of. Beyond that it was Sunday services every week, ceremonies, sound journeys, and the kind of month where it felt like the community was really humming. We also kicked off the final donation run for the Maloka. August is full. We've got two ceremonies — a two-night early in the month and a one-night later on for those who've already sat with us. Waitlists are open on both, so get your name down if you want in. First-timers, we'll always start you with the full weekend. Beyond that: Sunday services every week, Sapo/Kambo to open the month, a Cacao, Hapé & Sound Journey, a potluck to close things out, and Book Club on Zoom — heads up, we've moved that to Thursday evenings, 6:30.
