After my journey this weekend and meeting Mother Aya, I want to recommend Avatar and Avatar 2 The Way of Water.

In the movie, Eywa, also known as the All-Mother or Great Mother, is the biological sentient guiding force of life.

It's clearly very inspired by Ayahuasca and the idea of a tribal/communal living scenario that is more in touch with nature. The scene where they plug into the great tree and see their lost child and come out of it with better understanding and peace of mind, is like a very quick run through of the positive potentials psychedelics have, especially in regards to personal trauma, grief and loss.

Mother's Day is a celebration of the divine feminine, a powerful force that gives life, nurtures, heals, and protects. This energy manifests itself in various forms - the comforting friend, the wise mentor, the loving partner - and each manifestation is a testament to the diversity and beauty of motherhood.

Let's also not forget our ultimate mother, Mother Earth, who nourishes us and provides us with a home. Her unconditional giving mirrors the selflessness of mothers around the world and is a poignant reminder to honor, protect, and cherish her as well.

Today, let's cultivate a deep sense of gratitude for these wonderful beings, who, in their own unique ways, have helped us become the people we are. May our hearts overflow with appreciation for them, not just today, but every day.
