Comprehensive Background Checks
- Quarterly Screening: All personnel undergo criminal background checks every quarter to maintain up-to-date records and ensure ongoing accountability.
- Mandatory Reporting: Team members must immediately disclose any arrest or conviction, fostering a transparent and trustworthy environment.
Disqualifying Criteria
- Drug-Related Convictions: Individuals with convictions for manufacturing, trafficking, or similar offenses are disqualified from involvement with the sacrament. This ensures the sanctity and safety of the Ayahuasca ceremonies.
- Moral Turpitude Offenses: Convictions for theft, fraud, violence, or other crimes involving moral turpitude disqualify individuals from participating in the handling or dispensing of Ayahuasca.
