April was full in the best way. Two ceremonies held with deep care, two beautiful groups moving through them, and our Sunday services were something special this month. Big thanks to Hamid (Hamid Latifi) for sharing his talk "Medical and Legal Perspectives on the Past, Present, and Future of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy" with us on a Sunday — a real gift to the community.

Each Sunday this month carried its own prompt for our authentic sharing:

🌅 Dawn — where light is returning in your life, where you're still in the dark. Our Ostara/Easter anchor.
🥁 Rhythm — where your rhythm is working, where you're out of rhythm. Paired with group drumming meditation.
🌱 Nourish — what's feeding you, what's draining you. Our Earth Day anchor.
📖 Lesson — what life is teaching you, what lesson you're resisting.

Between the prompts, the meditations, breathwork, music, and Hamid's talk — Sundays held a lot this month. The flowers are popping here at Two Birds, the land is waking up, and we felt it in every gathering.

This month we're holding two ceremonies — a two-night and a one-night. We're hoping to weave in more one-nights going forward; for those who've already sat with the medicine, they can be a beautiful way to reconnect with the space and the work without the full arc of a two-night.
