For some people doing Sapo/Kambo after Bufo can reactivate it. There have been instances of people going into full blown hallucinatory state during kambo after taking Bufo which lasted for hours which can be extremely stressful on the body/heart. It's a recommended waiting time up to 8 weeks. Some practitioners wait 12 weeks as their choices.
