Suddenly… I have become the teacher to a student, of a book I have been studying but have not truly mastered. I feel unworthy to teach. Not ready. Guidance of any metric will add to my tool belt. Please and thank you.
It’s powerful that you care enough to ask these questions. None of us are here to "teach" or "fix" others—everyone has to walk their own path. The best way to support someone is simply to be there, to listen without trying to solve, and to hold space without becoming a crutch.
If you've been through something similar, your journey can be an inspiration—not because you have all the answers, but because you’ve done (and/or are still doing) the work yourself. People don’t need perfect guides or gurus, just real, compassionate friends. If you’re not in a place to hold space fully, it’s okay to be honest about that too. Sending love, encouragement, or even pointing someone toward professional support can be just as valuable.
You don’t need to have all the answers—just a heart that’s willing to listen. 💛
What is the book?
