Many of us have learned to quiet our own voices over the years—out of fear of judgment, old habits, or simply because we forgot how it feels to speak our truth. This guided meditation is part of our ongoing work around self-embodiment and coming home to ourselves.
In this 35-minute practice, we explore how disconnection happens through projection, denial, and living in our heads rather than our bodies. We use three progressive voice exercises—humming, vowel sounds, and speaking truth—accompanied by singing bowls to help you reconnect with your authentic expression.
This isn't about having a "good" voice or performing. It's about the psychology of taking up space, being heard, and choosing presence over hiding. Your voice reveals exactly where you are in relationship to yourself and your willingness to show up authentically in the world.
