Good afternoon, Tribe!

Crisp, cooler weather is on the way with this weekend marking the changing of the seasons and the arrival of the Autumn Equinox! I wanted to wish a beautiful ceremony to those who will be participating at Two Birds this weekend!

For others who may be looking for something to do, feel free to join Paula and I for a harmonious blend of rhythm, relaxation, and community under the stars to celebrate the Fall Equinox and the changing of the seasons at the Tree of Life Farm. The evening will start off with a variety of homemade dishes and treats contributed by our diverse community. Following the potluck is a vibrant drum circle, where participants of all ages and skill levels come together to create captivating beats and melodies. Tree of Life Farm is an alcohol-free environment and we encourage folks to bring vegan/vegetarian inspired dishes for the potluck. Please message myself or Paula for the address, we hope to see you there!

On Saturday, there will be another potluck and drum jam happening in Denton at an abandoned nuclear weapons missile barracks. These barracks housed the soldiers responsible for the nuclear weapons stationed two miles away several decades ago. Approximately ~30 years ago, the guy who discovered the effects of the Bufo toad purchased the barracks and has been doing drum circles the Saturday of each Equinox for the past ~25 years. You are welcome to join this celebration as well at the address below:

7011 North Locust St.

Denton, TX 76207

If you are busy Friday and Saturday and cannot make the events above, I hope to catch up with you all during service on Sunday, and don’t forget this weekend is Two Bird’s Solstice Celebration on Sunday with music & food well into the evening.

Mush love to you all <3
