In case you’re interested, today’s breathwork practice can be found on the free mobile app called “Insight Timer”. The specific track that I played from “Insight Timer” was by Samantha Skelly and it is called “Breathwork for Calming the Mind.” I included a couple screen captures. Samantha Skelly has her own breathwork app called “Pause” but it’s not free. I have not paid for her app because there are so many free guided meditations of all varieties by so many teachers available on “Insight Timer.”

Interesting read I’m getting into lately—‘When Plants Dream’ by Daniel Pinchbeck and Sophia Rokhlin. Thought I’d pass it on.
This is a chant from the reclaiming tradition(Starhawk). I was drawn to it on fist hearing it, but I wasn't quit sure what it meant to me. Over the last couple years the medicine of this chant has been unfolding gradually in deeper and deeper layers.
