I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself! My name is Kara and I am a marketing manager for Leaf Café (a little holistic coffee shop in downtown McKinney). I’ve been struggling with my mental health, my whole life and the pharmaceutical industry hasnt been my friend. Psychedelics brought me to find spirituality and peace at least temporarily. Unfortunately the frequent panic attacks have resurfaced, due to traumatic events out of my control and I was called by my guides to pause everything and recenter spiritually. Im so excited to get involved in this community and eventually participate in a ceremony. I just want to say thanks for simply existing and giving me hope that my area has like minded folks who can help me heal the way I want to heal.
