Big courage 🐁
This weekend our altar and ceremony space are being lovingly prepared as we enter our final Ayahuasca ceremony of 2025. We’re holding our entire community in our hearts—sending love, gratitude, and support to each of you as we close out this year together. May this time in ceremony bring reflection, growth, and a beautiful sense of completion as we honor all that has unfolded and all that is still becoming. 💛🌿
We look forward to stepping into the next chapter together, 2026!

Hey everyone, wanted to let you guys know that @glebg and I unfortunately will be absent again for a little bit--we made the last minute decision this week to fly back to Toronto as my father in law is not doing well and we are needed there. We're flying out this Saturday. I'm not sure how long we'll be gone; it won't be as long as last time, but we will probably miss the holidays.
Won't lie, things feel kind of heavy, but the lessons I've learned with this community have been buoying me up. Love you guys all so much, and we'll miss you, but I hope everyone has a wonderful and peaceful holiday season 🩵 A'ho
Happy December everyone. It's been a busy month since my last ceremony in late Oct and I'm still full of presence, love and gratitude. I work in a meat dept and its always a crazy busy stressful time of year for me. As I've grown on my path and out of my need to validate the self, life has taken on a whole different shine. Im as content doing dishes, unloading pallets, talking with guests or just sitting on the couch. I've stumbled into an indescribable inner peace that keeps getting larger and expands beyond the realm of "the body me". I just wanted to wish everyone well and I hope my schedule will permit physical connection this beautiful giving season. From the deepest unconditional levels of my cellular being I love you all. Keep safe and warm and know thyself.🙏❤️🔥😁
November brought us powerful ceremonies, steady Sundays, and the beautiful rhythm of community—drumming, sharing, feasting, and showing up with truth. We explored themes like sovereignty, grounding, and avoidance, and capped the month with gratitude (and a lot of food!) at our Community Potluck. Thank you for walking with us through another full, heartfelt month. 💛
As we close the year, December brings a gentle energy—space to reflect, reconnect, and return inward.
Here’s what’s ahead this month:
🌿 We have one Sacred Ceremony in December to hold space for the holiday season. Waitlists are open for January and February dates as well.
🙏 Sunday Services continue every week—cacao, sharing, stillness, and circle connection.
📚 Book Club kicks off a new title! Start reading now—our first meeting is December 8th.
🌌 Cacao, Hapé & Sound Journey returns Saturday, December 20th—a perfect pause to ground and integrate.
🍜 Dinner Out is back at Zenna—always a fun, easy space to relax with friends.
🍽️ We’ll close the year with our Winter Solstice Potluck on December 28th—bring a dish or just your presence.
🎁 Our Gift Exchange is live! Totally optional, but deeply joyful. Send a gift, receive a gift—by mail or at Sunday Service.
Whether you’ve been with us all year or are just arriving, thank you for being part of this path. Let’s finish the year in presence, love, and community.

As we move through this time of harvest, we’re invited to pause, breathe, and notice the quiet abundance within and around us. Autumn reminds us to reflect, release, and give thanks for the growth that’s shaped us.
