Hey friends, wanted to share my latest piece with everyone. This one is a little more twisted than my usual fare, but as an exploration of addiction and trauma, that's kinda the point. I did a whole bunch of writing in the video description and video itself exploring the topic some more, if that interests you.
We explored Expression and Worth the past couple weeks and I'm so grateful to have explored those themes specifically with everyone as a community. It's exactly what I needed to create this.
I wouldn't recommend watching it if you're currently feeling sensitive to scary noises or intense/flashing imagery.
Love you guys dearly. Thanks as always for being a massive source of inspiration for me.

Just wanted to share my gratitude for the community tonight. It was an honor sharing space and a delicious meal with each of you this evening. Thank you @dfwaya for your hospitality and kindness 🫶🏻
I’ve sat with DMT. I will at one point dive in and schedule an ayahuasca ceremony.
📢 Potluck Reminder! This Sunday, February 15th — join us for our monthly Community Potluck at 6 PM. Bring a dish to share or just bring yourself. It's a sober, family-friendly evening of good food, real connection, and community. All are welcome.
Come early for Sunday Service at 3 PM — cacao, authentic sharing circle, and we'll close with meditation, music, or movement. Stay for the potluck right after. Make it a full afternoon.
🔔 Spots Still Open — Cacao, Hapé & Sound Journey Saturday, February 28th | 6–8 PM | Only 9 spots
An evening to slow down and turn inward. We open with an optional Hapé offering to help you ground and settle in, then move into a cacao ceremony — a chance to set intentions and drop into your heart. The evening closes with a full sound journey — singing bowls, drums, flutes, chimes, and medicine songs while you lie back on mats and blankets (all provided). It's not about fixing anything. It's just space to breathe, feel, and be. We keep the group small on purpose so it stays personal. Love donations. These spots go quick.

And honestly let me talk my shit real quick here lol. Life threw me the most curveballs ever and I wrestled my biggest snakes over and over the past 26 days. I remained steadfast in my pursuit of my intentions of finding my voice and becoming a man.
I do not feel good because I hid in a cave and meditated for 26 days, away from my life. I feel good bc not only did I live my regular life, but extra tests were thrown my way. Opportunities to overcome or overreact to some past traumas. I overcame them with patience and introspection. I’m proud as fuck of that lol.
Okay, now back to trying to be humble and open to growth. :)
Every other time I tried, it was different. I did it for a big high at the end. This time I did it for me. I made it a point to tell absolutely no one of the snake I was wrestling. I hid being sober like I used to hide drinking. I held up for 21 days before people started asking me if I quit and not telling anyone became meaningless.
It’s day 26 now. The longest I’ve ever gone in 10 years. But this time. There is no ayahuasca at the end of it, nor was there any to kickstart it. In the past I had made it 17 days before and 25 after my summer ceremonies. This time, it feels different. There’s no come down this time, no afterglow either. I’m going to wake up tomorrow and have a simple and uneventful day.
I couldn’t have gotten sober alone without Two Birds, the Circle, and Ayahuasca.
We kicked off the year strong with two beautiful ceremony groups—familiar faces returning and new friends joining the circle. The energy carried right into our Sunday Services, where we’ve been exploring themes of direction and awareness—not chasing lofty resolutions, but honoring where we are and where we’re headed.
Despite the cold snap in January, our community stayed warm—through connection, cacao, and sharing space together. February is full of opportunities to keep that momentum going:
🐸 Kambo returns for those called to deep clearing
🌌 Our Cacao, Hapé & Sound Journey offers space to relax and integrate
🌿 Sacred Ceremonies continue—check the calendar for waitlists and new March openings
📚 Book Club is in full swing with a new title and fresh insights
🍽️ Potluck is back at the end of the month for food, family, and stories
As winter continues to invite us inward, we hope you take time to slow down, tune in, and stay connected—with yourself, with Source, and with this growing circle of love and truth.
See you soon,
