Our Sunday Services take place weekly at our Church in Anna, starting at 3 p.m. They serve as a bridge between our Ayahuasca ceremonies and everyday life, offering practical tools and supportive community experiences. These services provide an ideal setting for new members to meet the community, become comfortable with our space, and understand our approach before joining a ceremony.
A Welcoming Environment
As we gather, those who wish may enjoy a cup of cacao. Known for its gentle, heart-opening properties, cacao helps foster authenticity, vulnerability, and deeper emotional presence. It sets the tone for open dialogue, understanding, and learning together.
Community Check-In
We begin by gathering in a circle and engaging in what we call “authentic sharing.” Here, each person has the opportunity to be open, honest, and vulnerable about their life —whether that involves triumphs, challenges, or simple feelings. This practice mirrors the inner work done on the ceremony mat, where learning to be truthful with ourselves often involves facing discomfort and letting go of the places we hide.
Sharing is entirely voluntary; no one is required to speak. Equally important is our practice of “authentic listening.” We hold space for others without judgment, advice, or attempts to fix their situation. Instead, we listen with respect and understanding, allowing each person’s truth to be heard and honored. In this way, our community check-in becomes a living expression of our collective commitment to honesty, compassion, and personal growth.
Sunday Activities
Each Sunday, our Ceremony Leader guides the session, drawing on insights from recent Ayahuasca ceremonies and aligning activities with the themes, lessons, and healing approaches we explore on the ceremony mat. These services are not just gatherings—they are an extension of the healing and transformative work initiated in our Ayahuasca ceremonies. By participating, we continue the journey of integration, cultivating understanding, and nurturing a vibrant and supportive community.
- Guided meditations designed to deepen self-awareness and connect with ceremony experiences
- Breathwork or gentle movement to ground and center
- Sound, music, and song circles that help anchor insights gained in ceremony
- Practical tools and techniques for emotional integration, spiritual growth, and ongoing inner work
Occasionally, we invite guest leaders who are also seasoned participants in our ceremonies. These individuals share their own integration strategies, drawing from personal experience and continued spiritual practice. Their contributions enrich our shared learning environment and inspire members to discover what methods resonate most in their personal journeys.
Closing Circle
As our time together concludes, we return to the circle for a deeper practice of authentic sharing and listening. This is an opportunity for each person to reflect on and share what surfaced for them during the activity, whether it be insights, emotions, or realizations. While the opening check-in is often brief, the closing circle allows for more in-depth exploration of authentic feelings, encouraging vulnerability and honesty.
Authentic listening remains central, as we hold space for one another without judgment, advice, or interruption. By creating a supportive environment for this deeper sharing, the closing circle helps integrate the day’s experiences and reinforces the personal growth initiated during the service. It’s a time to connect meaningfully with the community and to carry the lessons and insights forward into daily life.
