Our Sunday Services take place weekly at our church in Anna. Sunday Service is how we carry the medicine into daily life. Just as in ceremony we sit with whatever arises—fear, grief, resistance, or denial—the same is true on Sundays.
We gather as a community of practice, people committed to facing themselves honestly rather than escaping into fantasy or distraction. This is not a place for performance, preaching, or surface-level talk, but a space to continue the journey of self-responsibility and authentic connection.
We are only as healed as the truths we are willing to face. Sunday Service offers a place to practice that honesty—together. It is not group therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic. It is not ceremony, but it is sacred work. Here, we strengthen the muscles of authenticity, self-responsibility, and presence—so that when we return to ceremony, or to the challenges of daily life, we are more ready to sit with ourselves fully.
The Flow of Service
Cacao & Arrival (3:00–3:30)
We begin with cacao, a gentle heart-opener, as we arrive and settle into presence.
Authentic Sharing (3:30–5:00)
Each week we work with a guided prompt—something simple, focused, and intentional to help us look beneath the surface. These prompts shift with the seasons and with the inner work of our community, helping us stay grounded in honesty and integration rather than drifting into performance or avoidance.
Everyone is invited—but never required—to share from their own lived experience. We follow clear guidelines: speak only for yourself, no advice-giving, no responding to others, no fixing. This creates a safe and steady container where each person can explore what’s true for them without interruption or pressure.
Your share can be deep or simple, emotional or quiet—what matters is honesty. The prompt gives direction, but the real practice is learning to name what’s true without bypassing, storytelling, or spiritual theatrics.
Authentic Sharing is where we practice meeting ourselves the same way we do in ceremony—openly, courageously, and without turning away.
Meditation, Music & Integration (5:00–6:00)
The final hour includes guided practices that help deepen what arises in the circle—meditation, sound journeys, breathwork, or gentle movement. These practices help ground insights and integrate them into daily life.
Community Potluck (Last Sunday of Each Month)
We end the final Sunday of the month with a potluck, extending connection into food, laughter, and fellowship.
