Welcome to Our Church
Our Sunday Services take place weekly at our church in Anna, beginning at 3 p.m. These gatherings are designed to bridge the space between our Ayahuasca ceremonies and everyday life—offering practical tools, grounded support, and a space to integrate spiritual insights into real-world action.
Each service begins with a shared cup of cacao, known for its gentle, heart-opening qualities. This ritual helps us settle into presence and creates a welcoming atmosphere for authentic sharing, connection, and reflection. 🌿
Sunday Services are also a meaningful entry point for those new to our community. They offer a chance to meet others, become familiar with our space, and experience our unique approach to spiritual connection before stepping into ceremony.
Authentic Sharing (Our Core Practice)
After cacao, we move into the heart of our Sunday Service: the community check-in. This circle-based practice usually lasts the first two hours and is where most of our time is spent. It’s a space for authentic sharing and listening, grounded in personal responsibility and presence.
Each person is invited—but never required—to speak openly from their current experience. Whether you’re navigating something heavy, celebrating a shift, or simply sitting with the unknown, your voice is welcome here. Sharing is about your truth and the steps you are taking—there’s no fixing or advice, just honest expression.
Equally important is how we listen. We practice authentic listening by holding space without judgment, interruption, or solutions. This helps each voice feel heard and honored, and allows healing to arise naturally through presence.
This check-in mirrors the work done in ceremony—facing what’s real, letting go of what we hide, and growing through feeling. It’s where we practice showing up with integrity and begin to integrate our inner journey into daily life. 💛
Sunday Activities
After our time in authentic sharing, we transition into a shared group activity that supports integration, embodiment, and deeper connection. These practices are gently guided by James or Christina and often reflect themes that have emerged through recent Ayahuasca ceremonies.
This portion of the service helps bring insight into lived experience—offering space to move, reflect, and engage more deeply with ourselves and the community.
You can expect a rotating mix of practices, such as:
-
Guided meditations to deepen awareness and reconnect with your inner landscape
-
Breathwork or gentle movement to support emotional regulation and grounding
-
Sound journeys, song circles, or drumming to access deeper layers of feeling
-
Hands-on or creative integration activities designed to bring insight into action
On the last Sunday of each month, we close with a community potluck—an opportunity to break bread, connect more casually, and continue building meaningful relationships within the community. 🥗🎶
This space invites us to explore new tools, deepen into what’s been shared, and continue the practice of showing up—fully and authentically.
If time and space allow after our group activity, we may return to the circle for a brief round of authentic sharing. This optional closing share offers a chance to reflect on what surfaced during the experience—whether through words, emotions, or simple presence.
As always, we practice authentic listening—honoring each voice without interruption, fixing, or judgment. Even a short closing circle can help ground the experience and reconnect us to ourselves and the community before stepping back into daily life.
These Sunday gatherings are not just events—they are living opportunities to show up, take responsibility, and move forward in your growth with honesty, courage, and care.
